One number for the whole team
Customers call and text a single local number. Everyone uses it from their own device.
For small teams in Canada
One number to call and text your customers. The person on duty gets the calls and texts, and the whole team sees the same history.
$20/month per team · no hardware to install
Why TandemPhone
Customers call and text a single local number. Everyone uses it from their own device.
The person on duty gets calls and texts first. Duty rotates on your schedule.
Nothing to install: it works on computers, iPhone and Android.
How it works
A local Canadian number, live in minutes. Your customers only have one number to remember.
Everyone gets an invite and signs in with their mobile number and a passkey. No passwords.
Say who is on duty and when. Handoffs happen on their own, and anyone can take over when needed.
Shared history
A customer’s calls, texts and voicemails live in one place. No more “who talked to them?”.

Good to know
No. TandemPhone runs in your computer’s browser, and adds to an iPhone or Android home screen like an app.
The call rings in the app first, then on the on-duty person’s mobile, and ends in voicemail. The whole team sees the call in the history.
Every month, the plan includes 300 call minutes and 500 texts. A minute is time on the line, inbound or outbound, rounded up to the next minute per call; a text is one message sent or received. Small teams rarely go over; beyond that, it is $0.03 per minute and $0.02 per text, added to the next invoice.
Yes. 911 is dialed from the app like on any phone. The emergency centre receives the address registered for the line, not your real location: always state your location out loud. 911 does not work without internet, power or a working device. Dial 933 to test without reaching emergency services.
Yes, anytime, in Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
